2. About this site
The site is an independent, unofficial guide to Perplexity AI. It is not owned, operated, endorsed or sponsored by Perplexity AI, Inc. We don’t provide Perplexity’s services and can’t access Perplexity accounts, subscriptions or payments. Your use of Perplexity is governed by Perplexity’s own terms.
3. Who can use the site
The site is intended for a general audience. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, use it with permission from a parent or guardian. You’re responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe anyone’s rights; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, hack or gain unauthorised access to the site; (c) introduce malware; (d) use bots or scrapers to copy content in bulk, or to collect it for datasets or AI training, without written permission (ordinary search engine indexing is allowed); (e) impersonate us or Perplexity, or present our content as official Perplexity material; (f) frame the site or remove credits, notices or advertising; or (g) interfere with others’ use of the site.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, graphics, animations, tools and code on the site are owned by perplexitiai.com and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use the site, share links, quote short extracts with credit and a link, and use example prompts in your own work. Any other copying, republishing, translating, adapting or commercial use needs our written permission.
6. Trademarks
Perplexity, Comet, Sonar and related names and logos are trademarks of Perplexity AI, Inc. Other names belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the products we write about, without implying affiliation or endorsement.
7. Tools, estimates and prompts
Calculators, checkers and builders provide estimates and general guidance only, based on published information and your inputs. They run in your browser and aren’t official figures, quotes or guarantees. Example prompts are starting points; AI outputs may be wrong, and you’re responsible for checking them.
8. Messages you send us
If you send corrections, suggestions or other feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the site without payment or obligation. Please don’t send confidential information, passwords, codes, card details or ID documents.
9. Third-party links, services and advertising
The site links to third-party sites, including Perplexity, app stores and news sources, and shows advertising from Google AdSense. We don’t control these sites or ads and aren’t responsible for their content, products or practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.
