Cancel and refunds: it depends where you subscribed
Web and app-store subscriptions are separate. Cancel and request refunds in the same place you paid.

How do I contact Perplexity support?
Email support@perplexity.ai, or use the support option in your account settings (Pro users can reach the support portal there). Include your platform, browser or app version, and a share link to the thread if relevant.
How do I cancel Perplexity Pro?
Cancel where you subscribed. On the web, open Perplexity’s settings, manage your subscription and choose Cancel. On iPhone, use Settings › your name › Subscriptions. On Android, use Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
Can I get a refund from Perplexity?
It depends on where you live and the plan. Perplexity’s policy allows refunds within 14 days in the EU, UK and Turkey, 7 days in South Korea and Brazil, and elsewhere within 24 hours for monthly or 72 hours for annual plans. App Store refunds go through Apple.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Cancel your subscription first, especially if you subscribed through Apple, Google Play or Samsung, then delete your account.
Is Perplexity down right now?
Check Perplexity’s official status page at status.perplexity.ai. If it shows no problems, try the quick fixes on this page.
How do I report a wrong answer?
Click the three-dot menu under the answer and choose Report. Then check the citations to see what the sources actually say.
Why was I charged twice?
Usually because there’s both a web subscription and an app-store subscription. Cancel the one you don’t want where it was bought, and email support with both receipts.
